Diamond ring and shiny things...

I LOVE rings! And, I love taking pictures of rings, which sounds weird.. but I think they have so much character. It could be any ring that I toss in a picture (as in a recent post), or wedding rings, cocktail rings, you name it, I will probably ask to try it on. This instance happens to be one that's new to the family. And boy, does it have attitude!

Brent and Erica were so Awesome to work with! Their couples shoot was in October and I still LOVE looking at their pictures! They were so fun-loving, up for anything, and a such a joy to work with! Enjoy!

Chocolate Cake

This Chocolate Cake is DELISH! And it's flour-less, all the better! I had so much fun making it, and an even better time eating it. Super simple and quick!

This one is my fave.

The cake kept disappearing!

Flour-less Chocolate Cake: Easy to make, rich and delicious.

4oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, or crushed
1 stick unsalted butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1) Melt chocolate and butter together in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
2) Remove from microwave and gradually whisk in sugar.
3) Add eggs, whisk well.
4) Sift in 1/2 cup cocoa powder
5) Pour into 8 inch round greased pan.
6) Bake @ 375 for 25 minutes, or until top has formed thin crust.
