The cake kept disappearing! |
4oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, or crushed
1 stick unsalted butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1) Melt chocolate and butter together in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
2) Remove from microwave and gradually whisk in sugar.
3) Add eggs, whisk well.
4) Sift in 1/2 cup cocoa powder
5) Pour into 8 inch round greased pan.
6) Bake @ 375 for 25 minutes, or until top has formed thin crust.
